Service Provider Guide
How service providers deliver agentic capabilities to their customers.
As a service provider, you sit one layer above organizations. As a service provider, you serve the organizations themselves, and enable them to deliver agentic capabilities to their organization users.
Becoming a service provider requires an agreement. Reach out to [email protected] to get started.
What you can offer
How service providers fit in
A service provider adds a layer above the organization structure:
| Layer | Who | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Service provider | You | A banking software provider |
| Organization | Your customers | A retail bank that uses your software |
| Organization user | Each organization's customers | The bank's account holders |
Set up your customers
You facilitate onboarding for each of your customers. Each one onboards as a standard organization: an agent platform with a designated administrator.
Point each organization to the Organization Guide, and to the guide for its shape:
- Agent provider, if its organization users consume resources. (TODO: for example, transfer money, buy shoes)
- Resource provider, if its organization users provide resources. (e.g. enable the transferring of money, sell shoes)
- Both, if it's a marketplace.
You choose how to facilitate each setup. You can complete it on the organization's behalf, or give its designated administrator the credentials to complete it themselves.
Next steps
- To offer agentic identity and wallets to your customers, see Originate Tokens.
- For how each organization is structured and onboarded, see the Organization Guide.
