Extract payment information from pay and kya-pay tokens to confirm that sufficient funds are available from the buyer to cover the seller’s price.

After providing the goods, services, or tools, sellers can charge pay and kya-pay tokens to transfer funds from the buyer's wallet to the seller's wallet.
